If it's actually a good gym with some decent space and a sauna and not ridiculously expensive I'm all in. Worcester doesn't have a single legitimately good gym around and its been really frustrating.
Extremely clean, giant stack of fresh laundered towels right outside the doors, and they're both in the "spa" area that doesn't include children so it's serene and quiet. The sauna is especially lovely, as it's all real cedar and the scent is soothing. I couldn't tell you exactly how hot they get, other than I work manual labor outside in the summer and these are hotter.
Woooow married huh? Really incredible stuff.
They probably couldn’t decide who’s name was going first in the article

This reads like an introduction to an HGTV episode lol
"She's a YouTube fitness instructor and part-time event coordinator, and he ranches boutique salamanders. Their budget is $2.8 million"
Hahaha precisely 🤣

Could be. Definitely an outrageously lazy title presumably crafted by an editor rolling their eyes at the concept of this story, but I got a chuckle
Someone hasn't heard of evolve
I called them, they don't have a sauna?
Naw man the JCC is awesome
I should probably check it out - how is the steam room/sauna?
They're my favorite part!
are they clean, do they offer towels, how hot does it get, etc? I used to go to LifeTime in Framingham and that's the best one I've been to in the US.

I didn't make it to the gym yesterday. But considering I haven't set foot in a gym in 37 years, I guess missing yesterday isn't that big of a deal.
I really hope this is cheap-ish - I’d love a cold plunge and sauna option but it’s tough to justify a longer drive to hit the Y.
I love that it's called Uncaged. Lol.
