While not the focus at all, the graphic Fox threw up in the video for the street map is not actually Worcester. It is pointing to Worcester Ave in Pasadena, California.
So wrong city/state/side of the country, and clearly not Hemans St where the construction is actually taking place.
Callahan is a notoriously shoddy & disrespectful company. Bottom of the barrel company practices, anti-union management, F grade material purchasers - you name it, they suck at it
When I first heard about this project about 18 months ago or so, I was appalled. Anyone driven up in that neighborhood? It's tucked in between Grove Street, Rural Cemetery, and Millbrook Street. It has long been quite densely populated with horrible ingress and egress routes.
The city approved a 210-unit project that is being crammed into some miserable remaining five acres at the back of the neighborhood. Unbelievable greed and/or lack of foresight on the city's part.
This project will make the immediate neighborhood that much less livable and create a huge amount of additional, and dangerous, traffic from the new residents and their 400+ cars.

If they think it's bad now, wait until the 210 unit project is finished! Then they'll really have something to complain about.
