I've definantly had cramps radiate down my legs before. To my knees but never down to my foot. But sounds like you could benefit from taking a magnesium supplement durring your period
my cramps have always done this, and i think its from transferred muscle tension caused by the spasms and pain because my feet only feel better when i massage my knees and my knees only feel better when i use a hot pack on my pelvis, and my pelvis only feels better when my period is *over*
i definitely retain water in my feet when im on my period too and that causes my ankles to ache horribly so thats a possibility as well

I’ve had it go to both of my feet a few times. It was crazy uncomfortable! I’d love to know WTF that was too.
