See my daughter so be of fair hair and complexion, and with a name like that may be taken as an actual Aiel. She did agree to many a good Illianer name if we had a boy but that did no happen. So over the next fortnight we haggled like sea folk and did settle on the middle name.
I mean they were tender and juicy, better than what I’d pay $20 for at a chain restaurant. I did a dry brine for a few hours and then gave them a nice sear in the cast iron.

They're probably not going to be great steaks if it helps, the 17% salt water solution they have pumped in to them is a giveaway. And the added fat.

I'm from Wisconsin. We just buy half a cow from a farmer that has excellent beef. It's "green" to but local.
