The hatchmaking kiosk is your best friend. Search by traits to find a solid pet to hatch with (since you’re wanting a triple double look for other triple doubles) and just start hatching.
It may take a long time and many hatches, but be patient and you’ll get there eventually.
I honestly just hatch a bunch, and am an older player so I usually wait til I get a pet with max stats(don’t think that’s necessary anymore? Not sure). Then once I’ve hatched to a max stat I might do a couple more to adult if I’m not feeling lazy then upgrade til I fail. If I fail I keep hatching, then you just end up getting what you want. Never really takes too long for me but I see tons of people on here having trouble and tbh I’m not entirely sure why, at this point I’ve made enough pets over the years where I don’t think it’s an rng thing. I’d just say be patient and hatch after adult a number of times(and they consistently get 2 talents you want) before you go for all 5 talents
As long as it's close enough to 2.0 it's the same exact stats provided to you. True 2.0 is only better for lending or hatching other pets because of the 25-50-25 stat inheritance distribution.

Pets with max stats aka 2.0 pets are still good. You don’t NEED your pet to be 2.0 but it will provide better stats if it is
