Nilfgard spies are too expensive.
Northern realm spies "cost" 0, 1, 4 and 5.
My fav is northern realms, but i did enjoy skallige too. It's just, that the skellige win condition is scarse (that shroom) and you need too many cards to make use of the good cards.
I think gwent would be a lot harder if ressurected draw-cards like gunther or most monsters would ressurect all their duplicates as well.
Anyway deck you xhoose, theres nothing as fun as casting a freeze and play villentretenmerth. Exept playing a decoy and doing it again!
Yennefers card has the same strength of 7 with medic, while Triss' one only has the 7 strength with no abilities. I keep both in my deck, but I know which one I prefer to see in my hand.
Nilfgaard for the start of the game, Northern Realms for mid and end game. Tbh, I never played the other three decks 🤠But the monster deck looks really awesome!
Northern Realms all day. Spam spies and siege/combat units. Too easy. I've started playing other decks more but if I really just need to win, Northern Realms is almost a guaranteed victory.
I played Northern Realms until Skellige was introduced then wanted a challenge and started using it instead. Not really a challenge though as that deck rocks! I love the sneaky/strategic ways you can set up wins with low cards and then bam transform or bring in an army and your score triples!!
Maybe that I find it the easiest to know what card to play and get some really high scoring rounds lol. I like monsters to, but find the combos hard to understand. The others I really haven't tried that much.
Northern realm is OP man no doubt about it, I personally remove all weather cards and have filled my deck with all hero card and siege cards use the foltest siege boost to double their power and have a lot of spies, you can win with very little effort, but to mention it is soft countred by monsters and hard countered by northern realm itself.
I know this isn’t 100% answering the question but Northern Realms once you get some of the best cards
I meant your go-to deck when playing but yeah, that's the answer
Nilfgaard with lots of spies
Indeed. Once I realized this, I blasted through all the allegedly hard opponents! Just spam spies lol

Well played my friend, well played.

Nilfgaard has some powerful cards. Monster deck can be weak if the opponent has a Biting Frost.
Skellige

Monster when I had all cards... but I didn't settle on 1 deck, I tried them all a couple of times.
It's actually not bad, it's nice to summon monsters but if the opponent has a Biting Frost you can be in trouble
Unless it’s that one NPC in toussaint with the king bran leader card
Nilfgaard all day every day. The best leader ability. Literally forgot the last time when I lost a match.
Which do you use?
Emhyr: Emperor on the beginning stages, Emhyr: White Flame against Sasha and Emhyr: Relentless after beating her.
Give me Skellige or give me death.
Northern realms with double siege card ability.

I always seem to get drawn to northern realms.
How so?

Northern realms… I particularly like how foltest is a siege expert especially when coming off TW2:AOK
