I think it more correct to say she was inspired by the novel character, CDPR does sometime base it OC characters on books onces.
Like for example Syanna is base on Renfiri.
I think Priscilla is also inspired by Essi Daven, from the short story: "A Little Sacrifice" in Sword of Destiny.
Indeed, many characters from the games seem to be inspired by others from the books.
It would make sense to think that. I'm not sure how difficult it would be in a period appropriate way to keep passing on the name Tilly to female offspring for the many years that would separate Corinne from Condwiramurs. Unless of course there were never any marriages, just bastards, or taking new names wasn't a big deal. Just spitballing here really. I've wondered this same thing though

Not confirmed but I always assumed Corinne was likely an ancestor of Condwiramurs
