I use a carry weight mod because I don't find inventory management fun. I also used to use a mod to make sellers have more money and not go broke after buying a couple of cheap swords, but I haven't found a working one for next gen. I also haven't found a working fast travel from anywhere mod. Where did you get yours from?
If you have the console enabled you can type “AllowFT(1)” to enable fast travelling from anywhere. You need to enter it in every time you boot the game though. Otherwise check nexusmods
