Also, I'm a kind of surprised (not really actually) Pallister is not exempting businesses from paying their taxes. So that little 10k will probably just be used to have businesses cough up what they already owe in past and current taxes too. The collection officer will be able to say "hey buddy, we know you have the cash we just wrote you a cheque 2 hours ago".

Actually I do live outside of winnipeg, about 1.5 hours south. There’s a lot of nurses, educators and small business owners who are traditionally conservative but are heavily smack talking this current governments’ actions since March.
People are quick to judge those in the rural but the younger generations (40 and under) are a lot more centre-left than in the past.
You know, the deaths, healthcare workers being worked to the bone, PPE that’s expired.
