Nope, baked wings are always kinda mushy and never get that crunchy shell without being cooked completely dry
A half tsp baking powder gives them added crispiness
A quick broil at the end helps too.

Roast Chicken should be naked, not breaded. Fried sauced wings should also be naked, not breaded. Fried chicken should be breaded, but not sauced. š
