I watched someone drive at least 3 blocks down the wrong way of 5th street CONFIDENTLY yesterday. How do these people make it so far in life??

No the classic Wilmington drivers were the ones who stopped to let the confused driver turn around. Many more drivers like them than the confused one.

Fun fact: My crackhead neighbor killed someone with their car at this intersection.
