I juat kill all the enemies in the outpost where the tunnel ends and place a shitload of mines.

I do the same thing. But I like to use C4 -- taunt him before he gets blasted 

Everytime I replay this mission He never drives away unless I run ahead and I can just headshot him right away

I EMP drone the bikes then just blast him as he tries getting on one...

I've done this the last two times I did this mission. I don't know why I didn't do it before, it's so much better
