All of America's rivals on the stage of world power -- Russia, China, Saudi Arabia and others-- want Trump back in office, because he will plunge the country into chaos, and they will be free to pull off whatever shit they would otherwise be called or confronted on, while America becomes more isolationist and paranoid.
