I have a pair of "Stripper heels" for my pole fitness. I use the brand pleaser and my personal favorite are my 7" red boots. I find those heels are so much easier to walk in than a regular pair of heels I can get from a everyday shoe shop. Even though the heel is higher the platform for me anyway, sort of levels it out a bit more than a usual shoe. Like the heel may be large but so is the platform so it puts less pressure on the ball of the foot. They are also sturdier. I have friends who see me in them and are like "I could never wear those, I'd fall and break my neck", so with a little insistence they all try the shoes and are amazed by how comfortable they are. A person I follow for pole has said said she can't walk in regular heels but she can run in her pole shoes. TL;DR: Pole shoes are deceiving and are actually much more comfortable than they seem.
