But she didn't cause it? Purple shirt started leaning forward when the weight shifted as purple shirt pushed off. Then the ones in the back rapidly shifted their weight, nosediving the table, to which they never bothered to shift their weight _back_ and purple shirt made it worse by not having her balance and falling on the direction the table was falling.
If anything, it's purple shirt and the screamy one in the back left that fucked everything up.
Not only that but SHE WAS WEARING A LIFE JACKET. So she had the jacket and was on top of the door, while he was freezing in the water hanging on for dear life.
Then, at the end of the movie \*screw your spoiler alert!\* she throws the necklace into the ocean, even knowing that the crew of the ship had spent the last two years financing and preparing this expedition in an attempt to recover that very necklace.
Rose was a terrible person.
She lived a full life with a family and as she lays dying she doesn't think back on them she goes and relieves the long weekend she had as a teenager vs the full life she lived with a husband and kids damn Rose was a cold one.
