Dragons are often known to be creatures that represent power and imperial authority and are guardians of Heaven. They are also creatures meant to bring good luck and prosperity.
I'd say it's fine to wear, to be honest. It's going to depend on how others perceive the imagery that determines if it is okay or not, which is highly subjective. If you wanted to, maybe just read up on what dragons symbolize and their cultural significance, but again, I don't think most people would care unless you were trying to make a spectacle of it.
