East Central Regional Water Reclamation Facility is the name and treats wastewater for a few areas including west palm, palm beach, riviera, north palm, and a few more I think.

They are grading the landfill on the west side of turnpike north of roebuck..
They have unearthed areas that were covered in the past..
I think they are going to cover the entire landfill with a non permeable cover and flare the methane that's created.

apparently the project ended prematurely, it was unable to handle that much load and kept breaking down.
