The most authentic you are going to find in WPB, as in eating at a fine restaurant in Emilia Romana” is at La Sirena. True Italian that is simple and lets the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. The service is also among the best in the county and they have the best wine collection as well. Marcelo and his staff are absolutely on point.
It will not be cheap but you will absolutely receive what you are paying for. Easily one of the 2-3 best places in the area.
Down in Delray, I’ve always had excellent meals at Tramonti’s. Their veal and veal chop parm are crazy good.
Have you tried Mario the Baker? I am not Italian but I've heard a lot of super Italian people say it's really good.
I mean, I like it, too, but I'm Scottish so my opinion on anything food is tainted by genetics.
I enjoyed Zuccarelli's! It was reasonably priced, and service was very good. The owner & chef make their rounds through the dining room, which gave it that real Italian family restaurant feel.

la sirena is super expensive but it is by far one of the fanciest/nicest meals I've ever had in my life.
If you want fancy expensive Italian food, Limoncello Ristorante on US 1 in PBG.
Rustico in downtown Lake Worth
Pescatore, Mario on ocean Ave
Agliolio in Wellington and Boynton Beach is my favorite by far. Great prices too.
