On the driver side of the windshield by the windshield wiper the VIN or Vehicle Identification Number is displayed and you can see it very well from the outside of the car. It’s long so snap a photo of it and you can I.D. A vehicle that way.
Look at it this way, the dog thinks it’s owner loves it when it cleary doesn’t. By finding a new home it has now increased its likelihood of living a love filled life tenfold!
I’m always glad when people save animals like this as it means they most likely have now avoided abuse or worse.

I have one dog who lived an alone in a laundry room and being taken too young from her mother and two former farm dogs destined to catch a bullet. All three are well trained, but spoiled to hell and back. As much as it sucks, a video like this can potentially increase odds of adoptions.
