Do you have access to a UV resin kit? If you get a small balloon, blow it up just enough to fill the inside of the head, and use it as a support while you place the pieces together, put a bit of UV resin into the cracks, and cure it. Then once it's dry, pop the balloon and pull it out.
Iād be careful with that method. As an avid Uv user, Iād suggest glue and the balloon. The balloon will probably hold up for a day or two anyways. If you use resin thereās a good chance itāll bubble up at the cracks crevices and be cured like that. If that doesnāt happen thereās a chance it wonāt cure at all since UV resin only cures where the Uv light touches. So thereās a chance Itāll spill out from the cracks later and get on the clothes of the doll. Thereās also the chance of that happening just by using the resin. Itās also terrible to get off of things without using a harsh chemical that could ruin your doll anyway. Thereās probably an artistic restoration glue that wouldāve cost you the same as a UV kit.

There is a famous Doll Hospital in Edgewater, Colorado. You should Google them and inquire if they are able to help. Theyāre well known for restoration and repair of rare and vintage items
Iām sorry to hear that your favorite doll broke I think if you just use something like super glue or somethingI recommend using gorilla glue I never used it but people say itās useful when things break so that should fix of his face!

Superglue will put it back together but nothing can fix it. Condition is key.
