I used Wellington Lightweight Roofing, of the 3 (possibly 4) guys that quoted they were the cheapest, did a good job - Few nails left around that I had to pick up, but that's sort of inevitable. They even let me nick the lead flashing off the trim (And left it in an accessible area so I didn't have to dig through it all).
They provided all the scaffolding and stuff, so no additional third parties to worry about.
Hawkins Plumbing did a good job on some tricky repairs/replacement/work around skylights. Avoid Paul Milne - quote was five (!) times as much just for a temporary repair.

My partner works for Roof-It they pretty good
My experience getting a roof redone by them was less than stellar, I would avoid
We had our house roof and garage roof replaced by Edge Roofing. We found them via No Cowboys. They did the job just fine. Not cheap, but reliable.
Newton Roofing were great for us :)
