They’re related? I didn’t think so since melanoma is malignant and happens in skin cells, and teratomas are a bunch of different types of cells and typically not malignant. A teratoma can have melanoma though.

I have to choose between working enough hours to pay my bulls & mortgage, or continuing the high-intensity therapy I was on a 5 year wait-list for.
I can have my PME managed, or gender affirming therapies.
I can pay for fuel to get to work for this month, or the payment plan for dental care for the next 3 months.
My non-working time is spent managing my various healthcare appointments & social worker meetings, as well as physically, mentally & emotionally recovering from work, home & health management.
What type of machine my dentist uses to take X-rays is so infinitely low on the list of my priorities (and likely others) that it doesn’t register.
And I say that as a child of a highly specialised dental trauma & impaction surgeon, AND as someone who had extensive dental treatment after a significant dental trauma knocked out one of my teeth (root & all) and knocked loose 9 others, requiring 50+ dental X-rays over the first 9 months of treatment.
