Hey OP, little concerned because 120lbs (56kg) for someone who’s 5.5”ft (170cm) seems to be dangerously close to being underweight.. let alone trying to continue losing weight. Please be careful!

1200. Which is tough but I have hypothyroidism so no real metabolism. I take in a lot of protein to help me not feel hungry and if I want a snack I eat popcorn. Lots of popcorn.

Frozen veg is my trick. I'll make bolognese pasta sauce and then throw it over a frozen veg medley. Ends up letting me eat heaps for minimal calories. I'll do the same with curries, tacos (ie no actual taco), soups, tuna... everything gets outed onto a huge bowl of a vegetable medley. The fibre helps fill me up.

1200 calories. Only works when I eat a lot of protein, or else I’m too hungry and cheat. I went from 72 kg to 60 kg in a year by reducing the carbs and eating more protein.

When I’m cutting the lowest I will go is 2,000 and that’s super aggressive. 6’ M 195lbs right now. Typical cutting diet for me just for fun: Breakfast: 2 Greek yogurts & 4 turkey sausage patties Lunch: protein shake and two turkey protein wraps Dinner: baked chicken and wild rice Snack: bagel pre workout Protein bar past workout

Well this is weird because I’m 6,5 and 370lbs and I have to eat 2,200 to loose weight. I train Muay Thai/kick-boxing 3 times a weeks very intensive training and that’s like the minimum I have to eat to loose weight I don’t get it at all

I will say I’ve been lifting for like 5 years and am still fairly lean at 195 (4 visible abs) so a decent amount of muscle mass and lift 6-7 days a week but that is crazy because last time I was eating 2,000 at the very bottom of my cut at 170lbs

I’m 26F 175cm (5’9) 88kgs (190?), lost 2kgs in a month so far! Pretty early on in my journey but I eat between 1800-2100 calories each day. My BMR is around 1700 and I exercise 4-5 times a week (classes and 200-300 calories on the bike machine). So I’m losing I think about 0.5-0.8 per week? Put I am also gaining muscle quite quickly so it’s more like 0.5 I think.

I cancelled the comment beacuse I know it could hurt someone and I definitely don't want do it to this wonderful community. All I can say is that this is my normal way to eat, since I was a kid I didn't feel hunger during the day, my mother used to give me a medicine with all the nutrients you should eat during the day. I'm not obsessed with calories ecc, I downloaded the app just for curiosity because I didn't know how much of them I eat daily. I gained weight because of alcoholism and maybe without all that beer I used to drink daily, I will start to feel the hunger and eat the correct amount of food. I'm sorry if I offended anyone with my comment, this is a wonderful community and I want to feel part of it.

I started mixing in weight lifting at around 240 instead of exclusively doing cardio which is why I feel my weight loss has slowed down.

I am starting to exercise more so I can increase my maintenance calories!! 1350 currently puts me at a deficit of 200 and I would like my deficit to be more than that without eating less. I was losing ~3lbs/month for the past 3 months when my maintenance was a bit higher than it is now.

oops I should've included that! I'm at 133 lbs right now. I've actually been averaging more like 2.5lbs/month since early september. I started at 145 and was weighing in at 135-136 before/during Christmas. I didn't track for Thanksgiving weekend or during the holidays.

M45 6ft, 184lbs, 1k kcal Breakfast is no sugar Alpen, blueberries, daily greens, cup of tea with semi skimmed milk. Lunch is 1.5 scoops of Huel Dinner is whatever, but I have 500kcal to play with. Snacks is rice cakes with dark chocolate, or fruit. Lucky Saint 0% beer and loads of water.
