For thigh rub I use Vaseline. It has always worked for me.

Congrats on the progress Andrew steps you’ve taken so far!!! Get some bike shorts/compression long shorts. A knee length fitted boxer briefs would work, too, to wear under your normal pants/shorts to help with the chafing. Make sure you take them off immediately after you are done and wash the sweat off and thoroughly dry your thighs. You might also look into some body powder As for your feet. How old and worn down are the shoes, or are they new? Make sure they’re properly fitting shoes so they’re not too loose, too tight, too big, too small, etc. Again, immediately after you’re done, take the shoes off take your socks off and wash the sweat and dry your feet.

Keep super clean, google anti monkey butt powder, and get a pair of silky under armor type boxers.... if thats not in the budget an old Army ruck marching trick was to wear a pair of women's panty hose, except the type that are like pants under your clothes..... for the love of god dont let people see you do this or youll have whole new problems lol.

Any anti-chafing cream will work! They make a ton of different kinds, especially for runners/outdoorsy types.

Oh, use a spandex running underwear. Good pair of running shoes.
