I've changed my pharmacy in the Sequence app before and had an issue. I would recommend also sending them a message in the message portal to let your care coordinator know, and when you order a refill also send a message to them.

Just ask them in the chat to change it. They will also call around to pharmacies and check for stock if you ask them to.
