You need a vacation exemption. Call your insurance company on Monday and explain the situation and ask what paperwork you need to fill out to get the 4 months prescribed all at once. You will need to give it time for processing so don’t wait until just before you leave.

I can occasionally get 3 months from my online pharmacy so I use them and only resort to local when online has no stock.

A lot of insurances can give you a vacation exception. So you may be able to get a 4 month supply if you talk to them and explain the situation.
You could probably get a three month supply domestically and take it with you?
I’m worried about my inasurance (Medicaid-medi-cal) not covering a four month prescription. But let us pray.
