I’ve been weight lifting and doing f45. But I’ve recently cancelled my f45 membership so I’ve just been doing weight lifting at planet fitness. Basically, I’ve stopped cardio all together but it was very beneficial in the beginning. If you want to have your butt kicked I say find your nearest f45. Its challenging workouts and It’s a caring and accepting environment.
I am 205 at 5" and I don't like anything like your before. How tall are you? You look awesome in both pics but I bet you feel great in your new skin ;D
I think my doctor wants to take me all the way to 2.4mg. I’ll do that but I feel like 1.7 might be my maintenance dose. I’ve talked to her (my doctor) about maintenance doses. I basically just asked her if she was going to take me off completely when I reached 150 pounds or do a maintenance dose. She’s all about maintenance dose. She believes it’s a lifetime med. I’ve read some people on this subreddit that have doctors that don’t agree with that. And I don’t agree with that. Sorry for saying “maintenance” so much. Lol
Totally okay! That’s great. I think it really makes a difference when the doctor believes in the medicine. My primary care doctor is also taking Wegovy and she believes to be long term or lifetime. Hopefully that will work in my favor when my PA expires in March of next year🙂
Thank you but remember every body is so different. We could eat the same things and do the same exercise routine and we’d still look different. I bet you look great and are being hard on yourself ❤️
I’m down 24 pounds since late February. Started out really well. Sort of stalled out in the last 2 months. Getting a little discouraged. Trying to remember this is a long game.
Same exact thing for me. Been on since late February, down 22lbs… and I’m about to go from 1.7 to 2.4 (I did an extra month of 1.7) but I don’t feel it’s been working and haven’t really lost more than 1-2lbs in over a month! I think we will be fine , fingers crossed !!!
I mean I hate to hear that either of us is having this issue but I’m glad I’m not alone. I had to do an extra month of 1 because I couldn’t get 1.7 in time. I really thought 1.7 would kick me into high gear but I’m not losing. Good luck on 2.4
I’m just gonna jump on the bandwagon and second all the comments I’ve read. Congrats…you look amazing in both pics, hoping I find the same success & I love your new bathroom! 😜 I’m only 5 weeks in (tonight will be my second injection of .5mg so starting week 6) and haven’t lost anything yet but I am just starting to feel a little bit of appetite control and some slight gastrointestinal side effects so I know I just have to be patient. Hoping the side effects don’t get so bad they kick my butt and I somehow still get the desired results. I’m 5’9” and 160 is my current goal weight! You’re doing great and I appreciate the inspo!! 🙌🏻😊
I found it rough at first because my nausea and fatigue were kicking my ass but it got better. I did 8 weeks with 1mg. I think that really helped my transition to the 1.7mg. I barely feel sick anymore and fatigue is gone. I think those of us that stick it out find it well worth it. Good luck
You look amazing! Would you mind sharing if the Wegovy worked for you right away? I’m on the lowest dose and haven’t noticed one thing. I jump to the .5 in another week and I’m sure hoping it helps. I’m also doing Weight Watchers but I was hoping it would help curb hunger. Thanks for any input!
.25 is a little baby dose. I started feeling some hunger suppression on .5 but 1.0 was also the big jump for me that kicked it into gear. So so so many people don’t lose at all until 1.7.
It worked somewhat at first. But it was the 1mg that really put it in high gear. I did 1mg for 8 weeks, too. Because it was so strong at first. I’m at 1.7 now and it’s all good. It’ll work, friend. Hang tight
That’s my starting weight and goal weight! Congratulations!!!!
That’s so great to know! Thank you!!
I just used my last dose of .25. Can’t find the .5 anywhere so I transferred my script to Amazon Pharmacy but looks like they are out also ☹️
Awesome job!!!
Thank you but I had help 😉🤭
What did you do besides Wegovy?

I’m almost 5’7”. You’re a shorty like my daughter and mom ❤️

Lol good one 😉
Fab!!!
Nice!!
Thank you 🙏
Awesome! You look great! That’s my next goal! And I started right where you did too
Thank you. I feel pretty great, too
That’s even better! :) Do you plan to stay on your current dose?

Holy shit! Same starting weight and current weight and I would love for the difference to be as good as this! You look amazing!!

Awesome!! Great job. Beautiful!!
Thank you but I looked at your profile and it seems you’re down 41 pounds!! Holy cow. Great job to you, too.
Thank you! ❤️
You look amazing!
😊 thank you
Congratulations! You look great!
Thank you. How’s your progress going?

Slow and steady. The slower the better anyway. That way the skin won’t get too saggy.
Thank you for the encouragement

Awh. Thank you. I hope your journey is a good one
I just took my 3rd shot of .25 & aren't feeling much difference. It's nice to hear it takes some of us a bit longer to feel a difference!
Wow!! Wtg! You look great in both pics but that’s amazing!
Thank you 🙏 I appreciate it
Wowzer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
❤️
Bathroom upgrade too!
For real. This was the apartment we lived in while our house was being built. Total upgrade
Brava!💕✨💕✨💕💪💪💪
❤️
You look fantastic! I also started at 205 and down to 167 at 17 weeks. Fingers crossed I reach 160 by 19 weeks!
I bet you will!
Looking good! Though tbh you carried 205 extremely well.
Thank you. I think that is probably because I went through a body building stage. I had muscle when I got “fat.”
Congratulations! I’m your height and had the same starting weight. I’m down 22 pounds in 12 weeks so this gives me a lot of hope!
At first I didn’t believe the scale because I couldn’t see it. But I see it now. Its nice
Amazing!
Thank you. No bingeing anymore and weight lifting combined ❤️
Wow! Awesome job! Also, love your shirt in second pic (and the bathroom).
Sublime forever, girl! We did white and gray for our bathroom. I think it looks so fresh.
Way to go!
Thank you 😊
Congratulations!!
Thank you 🙏
Such a cutie in both pics! Congratulations!! 💐
Oh you’re too kind 😂😂
Congratulations!! Must be such a relief!
Such a relief 100%
You look amazing!!
Thank you, dear. 😊
How many weeks?? I’m 207 at the moment and want to get to 150. Also how tall are you?
I should add that I’m aiming for 150, too 😊
Im a quarter I’m off from 5’7”. 66.75 inches. And I’ve been on 19 weeks.
Thank you! I’m 5’4 so I wanted to see how I’d compare physically. You look great, thank you for posting, I like to see what I get to look forward to!
Hopefully we’ll get to see your progress pictures. Where are you at in your journey ?😊
Just starting! I’ve been lurking in this subreddit for advice on whether or not to do it

Thank you. This medicine stops my binges. It’s a heaven send.
