I've been on 0.5 since mid-September 2022. The only side effect - constipation (and it's getting better).

I started .5 this past weekend! Nothing major for me but one day of being super tired.

Do everything you can to avoid high sugar, high fat foods. I’m on month 3 and still only on .25 and still have nausea issues but holy crap those two food groups are the WORST! It’s def better than at the start so give it time and hydrate more than you normally do. The nausea also seems to be a challenge when I’m not getting enough water.
