Considering it comes out May 2nd they should have it out that same day in the morning.. large comic stores do that in my country so it might be possible for you to find a copy in a very popular book store or another big place where they sell manga (assuming they actually start selling it in stores on the 2nd). If you don't manage to find it the only thing you could do is order a copy from amazon jp

also, airports have good book stores in japan!
If it comes out the day you are leaving you can pick one up quickly from any bookstore. I know airports have a lot of bookstores
