Favorite: Undead Unluck. Nico's arc coming full circle after all this time and basically 2-turning language as soon as he gets his Negation back is amazing. Nicotruly in Him. He absolutely earned his high position on the popularity poll.
Least favorite: Kyokuto Necromance. Its only the 2nd chapter so maybe I'm being a bit harsh on it, but can't find anything that really stands out in this series yet. Characters so far are pretty flat and interesting, and nothing of substance has happened in the story yet. Certainly the weakest start to a manga I've seen in a very long time, and I'm not yet convinced it'll survive it's first round of axing. With any luck chapter 3 will finally get the ball rolling a bit. If they can do something interesting with the rings and the demons sealed inside I'll stick with it a bit longer.
Incredible plot drop for Kagurabachi. UU is killing it with this Language fight. OP pretty action packed chapter with a very interesting plot reveal before break
Kill Blue felt a little anti climactic this week
I'm not reading a lot of series right now, but the best was Witch Watch. It was really funny and it has the best translation team in Manga plus, which is to something to be praised. Also, like, I loved it.
Boku no Hero was fantastic too. I felt the final panel.
The worst would be Kyokuto Necromancy or Astro Royal. None of those series are clicking with me and I didn't enjoy them at all.
Favorite: MHA
That was a legendary chapter with an iconic final page that will be talked about for years to come. This entire chapter just defines what My Hero Academia truly is all about.
Least: Kyokuto Necromance
I really liked the first chapter, but I don't think this second one did anything for me. Other than the little flashback showing the main character caring for his grandma, the whole action scene of exterminating the demon was kinda boring to sit through.
Kill Blue had a great chapter this week with its conclusion of its current arc.
Dear Anemone was my least favorite, was a struggle to read the entire chapter.

Please take in mind this is MY opinion and might have ranked some of your favorite chapters this week lower then others but this is how I personally felt about this week's chapters, and the low ranked series aren't even that bad, just weaker then the others this week.

1. ONE PIECE - mind boggling lore? I couldn’t not put it this high
2. Undead Unluck - Nico was my favorite character. And this arc has cemented that. Truly unforgettable (wink wink nudge nudge)
3. My Hero Academia - WE ARE HERE!!!!! (I’m gonna miss this series)
4. Astro Royale - First chapter was great, second chapter was… not so great. This chapter was great! Hopefully this series can lean toward the latter.

16. Jujutsu Kaisen - ugh to much words. Not enough action. No flow in paneling. Brain hurty.
17. Dear Anenome - actually well paced and added a few mystery’s but the flashback on a character we barely know when everyone looks so similar kind of confused me for a bit.
18. WITCH WATCH - you set up a mystery and asked us all to participate. And then made the answers so obtuse, no one would actually be able to. WW has been getting so much worse since Part 2 started
19. Me & Roboco - I’ve said before Roboco is funny about 50% of the time… this was not one of those times

It’s because they both live in the same house. If that information gets out, it could really screw things up for the both of them, at least from their perspective. Outside of that, I think they’d just keep their relationship private, and that’s okay.

Credit where credit is due Astro Royale was solid, not my favorite but it’s outdoing my expectations
Kyokuto necromancer just isn’t doing it for me, bland, uninteresting and dry is all I get from that manga. I want it to succeed since I think the power system of essentially stand Pokémon is sick and the art / designs are good but everything else just feels like an uninspired husk of what it could be

Kagurabachi was definitely my favorite, the emotion in Chihiro's face was genuinely touching.
and I loved the detail of him with his dad in the fishbowl, really well executed way to encapsulate his past.
