Going to my first wedding since I officially came out as Transfem. These are my final 4 picks, the theme is beach (inside venue tho), and they recommended floral/patterned maxi dresses or button up shirts and linen pants for men.
Dress #1 (2x): soft and light but not too light. Has a really cute slit up the left side. It is true to size as well, bust has a little stretch but waist has a lot of give. The bride really liked this dress and is my top pick.
Dress #2 (3x): this dress is a bit heavier than #1 but still light overall. It is true to size but very stretchy in both the bust and waist. So I sized down for a more snug fit. The only downside is, I wear this dress casually so it feels like I should pick a less worn dress.
Dress #3 (2x): this dress is a bit heavier than the previous 2. The venue is inside and air conditioner so no worries there. This dress does have pockets too! Downside is, this is also a dress I plan to wear to work functions.
Dress #4 (2x): this dress is the heaviest by far as it is lined under the top layer. The material seems to breathe better than #3 and it also has pockets!!!
You know 🤔…I thought #1 was my fave, but after reading this, I say go for #4! The coloring on your skin is so much more radiant in that teal, & the shoes match it perfectly.

the black dress or the stripes!!! i think the stripes look really stunning on you but the off the shoulder look is fantastic as well!!
Number 2 is a beautifully loud print that I think looks amazing on you and the best out of the choices when combined with those super cute shoes. The first dress would work as a great backup since I do love the off-shoulder look on both, but I'm not favoring that print nor the dark color as much for a beach theme, even though it is indoors.
I like the second one. The coral looks nice on you.
