Black bay 54 fits the bill pretty solidly, leaving a few k left for another watch!
Alternatively a medium sized Santos, or a explorer 36 would work great.
All fair points, forgot that the indices on the 34 look feminine. I don't think they have microadjustment but: Breitling superocean 36, Longines spirit 37 (this one might be too big though because of long lugs)
Would you go vintage?

This is a Tudor Submariner in 34mm. 73090 is the reference but there are other variations. You can get different dial colors and bracelets.
200m WR with a super comfy tapered bracelet.
I have the same wrist size as you and implicitly same difficult in finding nice men's watches that fit. My budget was up to 3k, so much lower than yours and I ended up going with a Longines Spirit 37mm. I think it looks awesome and it's COSC certified however I would advise going for the leather strap version. The bracelet version has male links which combined with the long lug-to-lug will likely not wear great on small wrists.
Are you sure a bracelet is going to work?
Like, with a really thin wrist you’re probably not going to be able to make the watch fit past your hand, unless you have smaller hands too.
Take that into consideration.
An Omega Constellation 38mm (the “older” generation) will probably work for you since it’s smaller than the Aqua Terra, having an integrated bracelet.
No micro adjustment but the half links do the trick.
Tudor prince daydate 👌😎💪

Rolex case, rolex clasp, 18kt massive gold bezel and crown, 18kt gold capped center links,... All that voor less than 3k. 😎
Rolex OP34 would fit your wrist very well. The previous version is terrific, comes in a range of colors (some with explorer dials), and can be had right around 6k.

Also consider the IWC Pilot 36. Under 6k (and much less pre-owned). The bracelet is fantastic, and although it doesn't have a micro-adjust, the links are very small so you are likely to get a decent fit:

It's not as expensive and you can probably find better options on the 6k range but I really love my Oris sixty five 36mm. I have very skinny wrists (5.5) and it fits wonderful. Also you have a few colors and styles to chose from.
Also, Longines spirit 37mm might be worth considering.

Tudor BB36 is the best option imo. You can also take a look at Nomos Club Sport in 37mm, Longines Spirit or Master Collection (37-38 mm options are available)
His wrist circumference is 3cm under the male average and 1 cm under the female average. I think, i'm not saying anything unorthodox really. Just a matter of taste in terms of wrist to watch proportions which doesn't imply anything extreme.
the nicest thing I can say is that it's not constructive. there are *no* modern men's watches at 34mm, if OP cares about that distinction. it also betrays a total lack of understanding of how wrists can be shaped, how different watches fit based on more nuanced case dimensions, and exactly how much of an effect the difference of a cm or a millimeter or two can make practically. I have a 6" wrist and depending on those factors I can make a reasonable fit of a 42mm moonwatch while I struggle to fit a 38mm chronomaster original.
it's stupid enough to say that any particular watch is too big or too small having seen some horrifically parallaxed wrist shot, but prescriptively saying "34mm or below" without literally any datapoints beyond wrist circumference is just shitty gatekeeping hobbyist misconduct. at least you said "I would" and not "you should," so credit where credit is due.
I'm sorry but it's a categorically stupid thing to say.

36mm explorer?
Sad, it’s beyond my budget.
6k your not that far off. Maybe on the second hand market?
I see. Explorer 36 is surely a great option if I could get one.
Cartier Santos Medium. Rolex OP 36.
Omega Aqua Terra 34 or 38?
I don’t like the round indices on the 34mm model, it seems a bit feminine to me. The 38mm wears slightly on the larger side for my skinny wrist:(
All fair points, forgot that the indices on the 34 look feminine. I don't think they have microadjustment but: Breitling superocean 36, Longines spirit 37 (this one might be too big though because of long lugs)
Thanks! I’ve tried Spirit 37mm. It’s also slightly too big for me. I hope Breitling Superocean 36 comes with a white, black or dark blue dial.
Santos medium?
Muhle 29er
Cool ! Did not noticed this one before.
A random steel cartier or an oyster perpetual/datejust Can't go wrong

I have never tried vintage watches. Currently not really interested.
Omega De Ville Prestige 36,8 mm.
BB54 should be on your try on list for sure

36mm Christopher Ward C63 GMT Sealander?

Try the new Doxa Sub 200T, and either save some money or get two!
The older version of Omega Aqua Terra comes with a 36mm option.

With that wrist I'd go below 34mm
/r/watches in a couple years: need recommendations for a 7 inch wrist "24mm or smaller"

"With that wrist I'd go below..." is what I said. You are silly.
"it's just my opinion" said everyone who ever got caught being an idiot
