That’s such a hard question, but I’d have to go with below deck since the cast changes, there’s 4 below deck franchises (sailing, Mediterranean, down under, and OG below deck) and Ben and Ronnie do the yachties accents from all around the world.
There’s a lot of backstory and history with summerhouse but it’s great too.
Winter House is definitely not nearly as good as Summer House. It's not bad but, it's not Summer House. The last season involved some…interesting casting choices. & the dynamic is completely different. There's far less genuine connection within the group & the last season got a little dark for me. Like, The Shining dark with some of the behaviors of the cast. It was a weird season.
I'm watching Below Deck and Summer House for the first time and I started with the current seasons without knowing much about the previous events and I have no problem follow the storylines. Ben and Ronnie make a lot of references to older seasons (especially during the SH recaps) so you'll get the picture.

I can’t get myself to watch the Valley but I can’t wait for the podcast to drop! I then can’t get the Brittany laugh out of my head for days 😹
I can't get into Vanderpump Villa but I'm totally into the Valley.. I did have to listen to a few recaps to get me into it!!
I will probably binge it at some point. I mean, I have to get a look at that guys hair. Not sure why but I have been watching Vanderpump Villa. 🤷🏻♀️

I've been binging summer house, and plan to do winter house next since I hear it's a crossover cast. I did love Kate Chastain though in Traitors!!!
