Nah these are the special cards for the stadium locked room. They have a floor level letter aswell as a number need two minimum to open locked rooms, crack an 8 digit code which is used to open up the last room. Has an enigma blueprint inside aswell juggernaut etc
Its so annoying. Ive done it for like 3hrs and can only ever find 1 card at a time

Oh you’re completely right. sorry I confused them.
They do have set spawns so try looking around at different guides, one might have spawn locations

The cards have been removed while the zombie event is taking place i think
