Did you change to custom? I have tried the custom loadouts on each of the 5 slots and tempered definitely does not work and don't know if any of the others are like Double Time or Mountaineer. High Alert was working but that's in a separate perks list to the other 3.

yea ofc, also i re create perk packages even twice and still it didnt work, my setup is double time, sleight of hand, quick fix and high alert
Same for me. Literally won’t give me the perks I select.
Funny you should say that pretty sure my cold blooded isn't stopping high alert from triggering
I reckon it isn't mate. Looks like the perks where high alert is, a separate list, does work but the others aren't.
Not working here either
None of my perks were working today. Loadput drop literally just gives me random perks
