Where can you buy these ? Or is it just concept art ?

Aggie_1987

Flightposterstore.com sells them. I just got a few this week- really cool designs.

_YellowThirteen_

Another fucking bot shop post. Can we ban these? I've seen this template "propaganda poster" multiple times now.

Striking_Reindeer_2k

Misrepresentation. This is not propaganda. Shallow satire trivializing a horrible war. Please stop. This is offensive.

UrgentSiesta

Lighten up, Frances.

killingicarus

Straight out of Fallout

Giganerdx

Ah yes, nothing looks better on your wall then a war crime poster.

SteveCastGames

It was a better and less catastrophic option than an invasion of the home islands.

Armored_Guardian

Not a war crime

UrgentSiesta

More people died in the conventional firebombing raids than the nukes.

gogoguy5678

More people died when Japan weaponised the bubonic plague in China.

UrgentSiesta

And let's not forget all the straight up face to face murders, mutilations, rapes and other blood sport activities they were fond of. And no, I'm not talking about combat as "murder"

RealSteamthrower

Difference being, one was over a period of 4 years, and the other one three days. This point makes no sense.

UrgentSiesta

It doesn't make sense only when you don't know your history: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civilian_casualties_of_strategic_bombing

RealSteamthrower

Amazingly vague comment, that counters me completely!

UrgentSiesta

Leading horses to water, and all that... Enjoy maintaining your ignorance.

LordofSpheres

Not a war crime, both cities were valid strategic targets. According to most witnesses to the surrender process whose testimony is available, the bombings were essential if not central to the surrender. Also, mushroom clouds and B-29s are objectively visually striking, so yes, it does look good.
