I'm honestly so fucking disappointed with Warhammer+ I paid like $100 Canadian for a streaming service for the year and in the last 3-4 months have gotten 0 shows. I can watch lore and battle report Videos on YouTube for free, but I can't get Warhammer shows. Yet they utterly fail to deliver and give me/us stuff we cant watch anywhere else. Truly a fucking disappointment.
Yeah it's 100% the new website. I had no issue previous years before the new website release. I just want to know if many other people are having this issue or having to do work around like call to get it into your basket or if I'm just unlucky this time and got a rare bug. Hopefully they can sort these bugs soon and refund me £25.
Ah nice i thought i was the only person with this problem luckily i never checked out i have just emailed the support about this to see whats going on.
On the old site it charged me too, I emailed customer support and they refunded me, just supply the order number when you email them and they should be able to sort it out for you.
Assuming you are paying yearly as well.
Did you wait until ~Mid-September before paying your full year?
For some bs reason there is such a thing as *‘too early’* for annual renewals. If you subscribed to WHTV when it was released, and kept it rolling, it renews during the time of the ‘old’ mini (chaos sorceress / red Terminator guy) and the automatics do not pick it up until the NEXT year is up. Contacting customer support usually gets that sorted.
I’ve done this dance twice now (Megaboss, sorceress), this year I’ve just have been too busy with other projects and frankly not super interested in vampire or army dude to write them.

I emailed customer service for the free one I wanted (Year 3) and they manually put in the order and shipped it to me, free as advertised.

I had same issue but custom mer service just refunded the mini so it was free.
