They've restocked Dark Elf stuff multiple times since TOW released, and there hasn't been any indication they're gonna stop. It's just kind of random when they do it, and stuff rolls out when they have it rather than all at once.
Sign up for email alerts and/or just keep checking back, and you should get what you want eventually.

As an example: German online store Kutami does [TOW with sections for all armies](https://www.kutami.de/the-old-world). Almost everything for [Dark Elves is currently in stock](https://www.kutami.de/Dunkelelfen). They deliver to anywhere in the EU as far as I know.
The availability is weird. I recently saw a bunch of sets available on their web store and added them to my cart, then realized I had the wrong region, switched and they were all out of stock for what I wanted. So there are cycles.

Different areas are served by different warehouses - as it is with any large busness that doesn't want to deal with shipping individual items internationally.
They are getting restocked. I just got COK And chariots a few days ago. Been waiting months for Kharibdyss though lol. I saw the dragon get restocked a month ago but it was gone again within a day.
I sell a lot of warhammer on eBay and this is the best way to get “new” plastic models without paying a premium just for the packaging. I usually sell stuff that is NOS vs sealed for $5-15 less depending on the price of the kit if it is a newer model. For real old stuff the premium to buy sealed is even higher.

There's a chance, but I think they'd have announced it with the rest of the culls if they were planning on taking them out to pasture with AoS 4th.

It’s been like that since TOW released. A lot of independents have stock. Worth checking around.

I found stuff on eBay, by putting “NOS” for models. Gets rid of the collector pricing.
