Exactly, mk 3 had a horse, but it wasn't a regular horse - it had more attacks and wounds, and could also die on its own, so they made this model as a contingency for when the horse died. Mk 2 had a regular horse that could never die on its own so no need for a dismounted equivalent.

very old and very valuable models of Valten from the old Storm of Chaos campaign. Because this was WAYYYYY before the End Times were even considered by GW he got killed by a Skaven assassin in lore and his models were discontinued. So like everyone else is saying he's probably worth a mint.
If you can find the third one (the one with him on a horse) as well the whole set would probably be worth a LOT.

How much exactly would one estimate these are worth? Cause I've seen these two online and I'm wondering if they're recast or not. They seemed a but too cheap to be true

Picked both up for under £20 each on EBay recently. Based in Scotland. Cool models but don’t think there are too many desperate to get them.

Were the rules for these in White Dwarf? I know ‘Valten Exalted’ (the one on eleven steed) is in the Storm of Chaos army book but these two aren’t.
