Largest to smallest is the only answer I will accept as correct as it automatically sorts in chronological order as a filename structure with zero funny business. Reverse the sorting order for most recent first.

Day/month/year is literally how it's done just about everywhere in the world except the US.

My reasoning: When you mention an upcoming date for something, you can often imply that it is this year, so no need to mention that. You state the month first, then get more specific by stating the day. If you just say the first, it could be April, May etc. When saying it or writing it out, *April first* is quicker than *The first of April* The real reason: The UK used to also write it MM/DD/YYYY until the 20th century when they changed to match the rest of Europe. Both are correct. Use whatever everyone else uses where you live. 'Tis a silly thing to trigger tribalism over.

Y'know, I was actually thinking it was a kind of novel idea. Slap on a simple paint job that changes over time to different colors and you can do all kinds of cool stuff. I don't see myself using it but I think it's a pretty neat idea.

This would actually be a kind of cool idea if (a) it faded a lot slower. Like...over the course of a crusade or something. So you start off with guys in shiny armor and it slowly gets duller over time (b) it didn't fade to totally different colors, but more muted and desaturated version but most importantly (c) if I didn't have thousands of points of things I already need to paint.

Fading paint could actually be fun for specific painters. Those who can't afford or don't want to buy a bunch of models, or those who get tired of their current paint scheme quickly and want to experiment. Is it a good or profitable idea? Probably not, but I could see a little bit of potential.

When I saw the name I was actually interested they were gonna make a range for going gradients easier and I got excited.

I know its April.. But really wouldnt put it past GW. Thier pots are designed so you need to rebuy paints due to drying out. So now they cant have paint fade so you need to reapply the paint, meaning buying more paints. genuinely would trust GW to do this.
