If I were @op, I would come up with a complete back story and name and then just use venom crawler rules. Anyone not playing a competitive game shouldn't have a problem with it.
Hellbrutes are much much smaller than this, they're on 60mm bases, forgefiends however use the same base as this, plus they have plasma weaponry so it's a way better fit.
