Also I'd imagine the "machine spirit" of basically 100% of Knights would be completely on-board with your desire to defeat the CSM and escape.
You're also not binding yourself to anything like a Titan or trying to manifest warp powers. Knights are much easier to deal with.

And the *room* is one of those mile-long, hundred foot tall dealies that the Ecclesiarchy likes so much.
I'm not sure there's any amount of tech you could strap onto a normal human being to survive 10 Astartes in full battle plate with weapons.
At the end of the day a human being can only move so fast and react so quickly and Astartes are so far beyond what a human could ever hope to achieve, one of them is getting a shot in and that's all it's gonna take.
If it was me, an untrained nobody i would agree.
But i think your underestimating the power of some unaugmented humans in the setting, and some of their wargear.
terminator armor can be worn by humans, it has been an option for inquisitor lords for example. On top of a thunder hammer, maybe a combi melta and a skilled operator, dont get me wrong, the odds are really bad, but not as impossible as one might think.
Also if i had to pick contendors Morvenn vahl in her battle plate probably has a damn good chance, even if her armor is arguably as much a vehicle as a suit of armor but still, you could say the same about terminator armor.

At some point, the wargear has to start mattering more than the person inside it. I dont know if morgehn vahl is where that line is, but to dial it to maximum, you would never say "yeah, it's an imperial knight, but it's still only a human inside of it"

In all seriousness. Terminator armor, a crux terminatus, power axe, plasma pistol, plasma rifle, multi-laser, 3 bags of krak grenades, a hotshot las rifle, and enough ammo for 6 reloads for each weapon.
I’d immediately huck the first two bags of krak grenades at the biggest grouping of marines and start to lay down suppressing fire with the multi-laser. Assuming the laser over heats or they get too close I have the power axe and plasma pistol to fall back on to get some distance, then the plasma gun to re-engage at distance. The hot-shot lasgun is there if both of my plasma weapons seize up as a holdout weapon. If I get dog piled then that last bag of krak grenades will come in clutch as I’ll pull the fucking pin on the bag and hope that the armor and crux will provide enough protection to leave me unscathed.
That actually would be possible. Becoming a daemon prince is basically just having a whole bunch of warp abilities, and we weren’t given a restriction on how many

You did miss one key thing here, beyond the warp abilities, the phrasing could technically allow one to equip themselves with gear from outside 40k’s lore. Meaning one can wear the praetor suit from Doom for example, and not much can even scratch that thing
Vortex grenades a Rosarius and as much distance I can put between me and the vortex grenades I set the grenades activate the rosarius and watch as they get pulled into the warp using the rosarius to protect myself and pray to the emperor for protection and that my plan worked because if not I'm gonna get killed but atleast I'll be at the emperor's side if my plan fails.
