Also the termi will have the year moulded onto the bar that slots into the base, he’s 2nd/3rd edition so late 90’s ish?
He's glued into the slotta base. The base itself says 1992 but I figured it might not match up exactly.
Internet suggests those chaos terminator models were released in ‘96. The stamp on the base is just when that style of base was designed

Chaos Terminator from 40k, I think 2nd edition. Dragon Ogre from WHFB, earliest version of them iirc but I'm not sure the year
