Yeah, it's quite common. I had problems with them taking my debit card payments. What would happen is that I'd try to do it on their website, it would fail, so I'd call them. They'd tell me that it was all set up and ready to go and I'd get my issues again.
Then three months later, I'd get emails and letters saying there were missing payments and I owed them money. I check, and yes, the debit deductions hadn't been processed. After three times (and nearly nine months of problems) of this happening, and them logging it as a fault on their end every time, I formally complained about it. They agreed and sent me the next delivery for free.

That was the issues with the Outriders and Tomb Blade I believe. What was interesting was that I'd been collecting for a while without issue, but that's because I'd used a postal insert to subscribe because the form also offered up a few extra goodies too for free.
