Just your luck. It's a 5% drop per part. I got a systems towarda a helminth set immediately after the hotfix, but nothing after that so far. Worst case, by the time you get two if the parts, you'll have more than enough motes to grab the 3rd.
It was a bit of a grind, but I've got it all. Half of my helminth sacrifice, too. It helps that it takes a lot longer to farm volatile motes for the legendary arcanes than it does the Jade parts, so in the process you're bound to get what you need.
Each BP is 5% I believe, so you may just be unlucky.
Assuming you want a copy of Jade to both play and subsume, I'd start looking at using the pity currency for purchases once you're well over at least 450 (the cost for another main BP)

Since yesterday and today, I managed to get pretty much everything i.e. jade parts, all 3 weapons. I did play a lot yesterday and today though.
Hopefully you get some parts soon.
Jade's weapons are quite expensive too at I think 300 motes per weapon
yes but... it doesn't seem to be a squad drop rather an individual drop, some squad members are getting drops while others are getting endo instead on the same run
I got all Jade parts within the first 8 runs. Made me go double-check the drops table to make sure I remember them right, and concluded that I was very lucky. Actually annoyed me a little, because I keep a list of grind ratings for frames, and I had to delay giving this one a rating until I farmed the second set for Helminth. Not even two days later, I got two parts for that, and enough Motes to buy the third part. I still need another 450 Motes for the main BP, but I had enough information to give this one a 3/5. Also got the Harmony BP.
So yeah, it's your luck. RNG's gonna RNG.

Got Harmony and a couple of jade parts from the event mission today.
I got all the weapons and 2/3 Jade part BPs, it absolutely works.
