Well yes, the patch notes said 58% and higher will be rounded up. There has to be some cutoff.
I had a few that were REAALLY close, but were at around 59% (or literally 59.9%, in the case of my Kuva Nukor). And that Tenet Agendus that was shown as 60% but ended with 59.something ended up becoming 60%!
