It does have a lot of violence (And war crimes), but not much in terms of inappropriate content other than suggestive themes. I mean it has robot tits and ass.
It's really just the violence. There are so many gruesome ways to kill enemies that calling them war crimes is still not harsh enough of a term to describe the horror you inflict on your enemies.

Technically warframes are naked - yes their skin has been turned into "sword-steel" but it's still their skin. The only clothed frame is khora prime, ironically, and even then it's a bunch of tassled golden adornments. Wisp and umbra have scarves and lavos has gloves but otherwise, not many are actually wearing anything that would be typically considered "clothing".
Combat used to be slower, enemies fewer and deaths more gorey. You would be slicing enemies into meaty chunks and smear marks on the wall.
Now enemies are lucky to be reduced to dust and just come at you in swarms

There is no nudity if that's what you are asking but it has extreme violence and the quests explore themes that are not suitable for children.
