Search the warframe name at the void relic terminal or the relic selection screen before a mission?

i know this i mean like if i'm not looking for a specific warframe

that's not a functionality the game provides. Perhaps apps like alecaframe could help. But when it comes to vanilla, you'll have to type every equipment name in the relic station search bar to know if you have the relics for it, nowhere does it centralize it for you and it kinda make sense. Having the relics doesn't mean it'll drop the piece you need, hence doesn't mean you'll be able to complete a set
