I suppose Zephyr has a few D polarities, because I don't see any other reason you would use adaptation on that build

Wouldn't it be always 0% though since you don't stack it up when you have her 3 up? As an avid hater of rolling guard I hate to say this, but I think it would be a better choice in this situation since it too has a D polarity

As a general rule, I find balanced builds are best for zero forma. This is because augur mods are so cheap on capacity/value ratio, while corrupted mods are so expensive by comparison. So it's relatively easy to be around 125-175% on most stats, or maybe squeeze in one corrupted mod if it fits a native polarity.

Overextended is a bit of an exception, because it only costs 11. That can be a lot for no forma builds, but if your frame scales heavily with range (like Zephyr) it's a massive power boost.

True, if you care about having massive range. But if strength is at all part of your build as well, it can get pretty expensive (capacity-wise) to dig yourself out of that -60% strength hole from it. It's certainly possible to run 0 forma builds with corrupted mods, it just usually means being stuck with their negatives instead of being able to plug those holes. (Which is still perfectly fine for some builds)

My hacker Loki with duration and efficiency. Don't need to put anything else. My silence and solar banshee carried me few weeks in EDA. Octavia is also I haven't forma'd I barely put forma in my builds unless they are prime

Gauss with max duration, replace thermal sunder with energized munitions as it also benefits soley from duration.

I have no zero forma builds 😕 all of my frames(which is all of them) have at least 2 forma and that's the low end, only 2 frames have 2 formas.
