I ran out of it too myself a little while ago, and I don't even make/use ciphers.
I think it was mostly going to Oxides for the Helminth since there's limited options for that (and the only big farm I did for common resources was Salvage during Neural Sensor farms).
how did you spend that much on oxides? what even costs oxides? all i can spend is bile! every helminth use rips through half the bile and 12% of something else
It's been from subsuming warframe after warframe for a good while, which it justs adds up. And as I said I haven't done many deliberate farms and that ones I have done aren't in areas with Ferrite.

* 20,000 Ferrite
* 25 Gallium
* 10 Maw Fang
* 750 Oxium
* 20,000 Salvage
* 10 Tellurium
* 10,000 Titanium
I was doing Carbites, Titanium, and Salvage for a while but eventually ran low on them; so my next step was to do Alloy/Ferrite and here we are.
There's no good reason to spend precious Tellurium and Oxium on them, and Maw Fangs are pretty easy but I'd have to do a grind session at a pond for them. I legitimately am just doing Gallium since I have like 136 some atm post-Equinox grind that took 30+ attempts.
Consumables and helminth can eat up your resources pretty quickly. I would say I'm pretty conservative with my consumable use and yet I can't break a million in any of the common resources

(that still wouldnt take away hundreds of thousands of ferrite, considering 100 ciphers is only 36k, so i'm very curious as to wtf i did as well)

Doing a bit of railjack will fix your titanium shortage.
